Hotel Balaji

third class response, they are not allowing  booking. after arguement, he has allowed.  room is very small. there is no cupboard for keeping a cloth or bag, extra chair, no table. wash room like modified of old dharmshala to modern. no water pressure. lavatory water pressure is very low. other tap water's pressure low. Washbasin is available without mirror. how to do shaving?. i booked with breakfast, he has start argue. we will not provide. After argument, he has given one plate poha and one tea. full night, he had not provided AC. Geyser is available in washroom. switch is ON. no hot water available. only cold water is available. this hotel is ridicules service. in washroom, he has packed window by simply plywood. privacy is not available for ladies. This hotel is not suitable for any one.

First of all very bad facilities. The hotel said they didn't have any rooms available as they gave it .... After arguing they shifted us to other rooms where AC didn't work and the complementary breakfast was even worse than the room itself. Dirty washroom, no working intercom to call reception and limited drinking water supply further added to make it one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had

Good location. Very bad service. Condition of the room was worse. The staff doesn't know the basics of hospitality. no proper parking facility. no breakfast provided. Bed sheets and blanket was not at all hygienic. Space inside the room is very low. no towels/soap/accessories provided. Bed tea/coffee provided after repeated follow-up.

I have booked 2 ac rooms for 1 day in hotel balaji. on arriving the hotel, they told us that they dnt have empty rooms. Then after talking to manager, they allotted us 2 non-ac rooms in hotel signature. *
