The receptionist seems to dislike guest who come to their hotel after booking thru goibibo. Completely unwelcome attitude towards guests who spend their money to book this hotel. Very basic things like blanket, water were given after demanding for the same from guest aide. There was no latch to lock the rest room from inside!! . I had the most unpleasant experience during my stay in this hotel.. Please avoid this hotel. Goibibo should ensure that it delivers only what it advertises so fancifully..

What a lovely experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-appointed, and the view of the city was breathtaking. The staff were attentive and made sure all my needs were met.
