Staff is arrogant. At the time of check in, I told at reception to send person to collect laggage from compound. In response, they told me to do my self. Aslo they they are giving only one towel.They haven't provided 2nd towel. I have very bad experience at this hotel. Also rikshaw driver takes Rs 150 from railway station to this hotel.

I made the reservation for 3 adults for 1 classic room by paying extra charges that has been displayed at the time of booking. The hotel staff were very rude, mentioning adjust with the room that we have given, no more flexibilities will be given. Very impolite behaviour Family members were not treated properly by the Hotel staff

the most pathetic hotel. located 5km away in the bushes from main town. 24×7 power cut. very rude welcome. Zero room service. no staff in the hotel, no drinking water, even not available around. deliberately switched off ac during entire stay, see pics. full of pests. book only if you want to put your family at stake.

Wonderful boutique hotel with a personal touch! The room was elegant and had all the amenities we needed. The staff’s attention to detail was outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious. Its location makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. I’ll definitely choose this place for future trips.

The room was average... bathroom was in a bad state.. no lift or help to carry luggage.. pillows had big yellow stains.. overall not a clean place book only if you don't have any option left
