I given one star only due to few reason. 1. I reached hotel on Feb 10th 6 AM. But the guy on the reception said it's early check in ao I have to pay 400. I agreed. I shared the money to the paytm number shared by him. 2. Once I reached hotel room I didnt see the bathing towel. Then later I asked the same reception guy for a towel. He said he send to my room. Two days completed, Again on 12th morning I asked the same guy at reception for the bathing towel. He again said he will send it to my room. 3. Then on 12th night there was another guy on reception. I asked him for a towel. Then he arranged and gave to me immediately. From the above incident it is very clear how much value they are giving to their customers. 4. Then inside the room I found 6 to 7 small types of cockroaches. Positive 1. Apart from the above incident everything is good..... Even I got good offer.

After my stay for 2 days in Lucky Hotels Gachibowli my rating is not poor, but "guaranteed horrible experience"To put my rating into context, I'm sharing some of my experiences-1. At the time of check-in the receptionist asked for my Dad or Brother's mobile no as Police might ask.This is after I gave my Aadhar card for ID/address proof. You can very well imagine the type of hotel 2. After my refusal, the receptionist deliberately gave me a bad room with a/c not working properly3. Poor staff, no proper service even TV/WiFi doesn't work

I didn't liked the behaviour of the staff members, not at all comparative & rude too, while checking in I had a fight with him & he was talking very rudely and asking the key back ( waapis do key waapis do) and in the room there's no phone and every morning water doesn't come you have to call them on there private number for water and even sometimes electricity powers cut they have inverter but you can't charge your phone AC doesn't work at that time, tap was broken etc etc...

The first thing is they asked me for an extra amount . When I asked him why ? They said you booked with a low amount and our per day price is Rs 1000 so. you need to pay the remaining amount. and then asked him for the bill . so he calculated the whole amount and ask me Rs. 200 extra for GST bill. The room was good at this price but the bathroom is so small. The bedsheets and towels are also not cleaned. Asking for extra money.

Reception guy asked lot of questions... He said alcohol is not allowed into the hotel... Also, reception guy is very curious to know who is with me and the relationship with the person who came with me... Very disgusting and annoying infront of women asking these kind of questions... Very much disappointed with the behaviour of Reception guy... Not much recommended if you are going for peace of mind...

ac is not worked for one day I lived 2 days in lucky hotels . it is not good at all. i called to customer care they have said that I will give a 750 coupon they have not gave that also

I booked this hotel with complementary al Carta breakfast but Lucky hotel provides me only one plate single item.very bad experience regarding breakfast.But food is nice
