very pathetic..they not even try to hear my words. simply denied Check-in and they didn't Respond well ..after waiting a lot of time,left the hotel.. even Customer care person also supported to Hotel management...may be its a new trick to steal Money..they encouraged to Booking, after payment done they denied Check-in..and Very worst response from Customer support.... don't book, it's my humble request.dont waste your Money..

Hi Team , it's pathatic experience in the khammam sridhar hotel. they charged extra 145 /- for GST. and they not even provide a bill from the hotel. they told me to take bill from goibbo because you booked the room from goibbo then should take collect from the app only. for one booking why should collected 2 times Taxes from the customer.
