very bad experience this time for me room good but cleaning not good hair on bed sheets n bath room not good cleaning who is answering for late entry I can't understand hotel management after am reaching hotel they told me call customer service here no room available I think it's not correct for hotel management

I came here 9 Feb at 10:40 pm they refused to check in and asking extra money 1600 and I pay 1600 due to I am tired and very late I already confirm on 7 beruary when I reached the hotel they changed very ๐๐๐๐

service is not good. Hotel staffs are demand money from guests. Iin check in time receptionist take 500/- from me after Goibibo intervence he returned my amount. Thanks Goibibo.

The bathroom is filled with condoms, I informed to the reception he told "morning the cleaning person will come he will clean it". i just hold my pee and poop for whole night.

Hotel room is not clean and bed sheets are not tidy with stains.They given me a room where bathroom is not cleaned after use. Complained to hotel person and changed room.
