Very worst hotel and management. I have booked Suit Room with complementary breakfast for two days. During check In management people's told that we have closed breakfast service after CORONA. Instead of Suit Room they given me one single room and told that we will shift you at evening as room is not empty. That Executive room also not cleaned properly. At evening they again shifted me to some other same room instead of Suit Room. Management people's arguing that Suit Room and this room is same. very very irritating people's.I recommend to all Don't select hotel

Ragaa grand is the worst hotel. Rooms are spacius but nothing in the room. TV not working, window blinds are damged and no complimentary breakfast. After great fight they gave breakfast. I never seen such a worst hotel and car parking area is hell and very bad experience. Not worthy for the price paid. when its come to food, they advised to place food on swiggy or zomato and when asked TV they suggested to connect wifi with mobile or laptop.

Never book this hotel.... first of all you will never get a cab on time from here, and secondly their service is poor, worst service. Even for a bottle they are charging double the MRP, food quality is poor, rotten smell coming from food, foul smell from room, worst experience ever..... Worst experience

It’s a worst hotel I have ever seen . Pl do not call it as a hotel . It’s a lodge . It’s dusty , no cleaning in the room . No curtains . All Venetian blinds are broken and this hotel is not in a lovable condition . One should dis associate with this hotel .

Worst experience with this Hotel. This is first time in last 5-6 years. I won't prefer this in future. Hot water is not coming after 9 o clock. Worst Breakfast. I ordered coffee, they brought in plastic cover.

My booking covers breakfast and 1 meal per day. The hotel denied me a meal saying it doesn't show in their system! this is ridiculous! Shabby, dirty, poor staff behaviour and services! it's a nightmare

Hotel is very average. Hygiene is very poor. Rooms are not maintained. They are not giving free breakfast to bookings but while booking it is showing with complimentary breakfast.
