Worst room ever.. worst service.. asked for soap just after check in . Asked more than 100 times.. dint gave. Asked for bathroom mat .. dint gave yet .. no hanker or anything to keep cloth in bathroom.. fully damaged room.. 1.floors are damaged 2. Bed spring came out 3. Beed sheet have holes . 4. Water leak in bathroom 5. Ac not working properly . 6. Switch board damaged . 7. Irresponsible and worst service. 8. Dint gave tv remote

Worst stay. Asked for 1.soap and other toiletries 2. Bathroom mat 3. Tv remote Each time asking will say like they will bring now .. dint get till we vacate. Asked for extra bed and gave it after 1 pm . Till that waiting for bed without sleeping . (Check in d at 12 pm ) . All rooms are bad condition. Rats wer running through floor. No hangers in bathroom. Even the pipes wer damaged.

rooms are clean with humble and polite staff..but ac has too many options a simple cooling will take more time to set. that's very minor. no idea about food as I did'nt hve. over all good. this hotel is right opp to saibaba and Shiva - durga temple.. within city and reach to any part very easily..

Cockroaches and lizards everywhere in the room . Place hasn’t been cleaned for ages . We were a group of 5 guys to attend a wedding in Hyderabad for one day so didn’t care much . PS: Don’t get deceived with pictures , This place is not meant for families at all
