I have very bad experience here, for the room and toilet, dirty blanket and bedsheets (and they don't have extra to change tham) there are so may small insects in the room, toilet and balcony area, and washroom was connected through balcony so they are in all over the room in your food in your water glass on the bed, I have reported this to the staff but they didn't change the room and I some random guy who's staying he was the owner didn't know how to talk with customer, he talk like I'm staying here for free and he is paying me he was so rude, toilet was filled with female hairs so I don't try threre food and eat outside food, they don't have geyser at this time, over all it's a pathetic place I'll not consider this place in my future trips.

Nice new hotel in good location. Small room but it will suit your low cost budget. To attract more type of travellers, amenities to be added like minerals water, mosquito repellent, electric kettle for tea n small freezer in room. For double occupancy, two chairs needed for sitting n lunch, dinner. Tooth paste, brush also important. Business trip person, family n couple always prefer these. Try to improve shampoo n soap quality. As per present facilities, selective travellers will like this property. I like this property. This is my suggestion for professional business growth of hotel. Restaurant may be started soon. Put travel desk service facility.

Staff was Alien,rude, unfamiliar (they don't know how hospitality industry works) & unclean rooms, poor customer service, lack of amenities, faulty facilities, slow service, issues with check-in (they treat like you are criminals), bad smells, and a general feeling of discomfort or lack of safety. And that Townhouse person was special 'Azooba' he don't know what his duty's are. Overall Total waste of money & Time. '0' ratings staff,service,townhouse person all was horrible.

worst experience with this hotelI tried check in with local IDs which the hotel have stated as allowed, still didn't allow me to enter , rude behaviour of staff made it more disgusting to deal with them. No such valid reason was provided for not allowing us to check in.

this is the worst hotel with no cleaning staff and no room boy and no clean bad sheet and quilt even no restaurant in the hotel they are arranged breakfast outside the hotel with his choice not our choice
