Well let's uncover the worst example of hospitality, hotel Nirmal regency.First thing first this hotel is registered with the name of super townhouse which is Oyo when you try to search it on gmaps you will not be able to find the location of this hotel on the map. I know why this practice is followed in the industry, register a single brand with multiple names so that when people scroll the hotels there name keeps coming on different swipes with different names, hence I had to write the review on this hotel. So they have not listed this property on gmaps, so you will find it very difficult to find it on gmaps Coming up to the behaviour of the manager whom I first spoke to, there was a railway track on the other side of the property so I humbly asked the manager please provide the room opposite to this railway track so that I can sleep, to which he said railway track se kya matlab hai😂 which third class college has given you hotel management degree?, it's hospitality industry you dumb it's not a rickshaw stand ki wahan se wapas mein sawari nahi milta 150 dena hai toh do warna aghe badho😂, I ignored him, why waste time talking to uneducated. Entered the room, it was not at all the room which they showed room had humid smell all around(the room video coming right up, you will be amazed to see the serene beauty and view of the room😜😜), water seeping out on walls and bathroom was also not clean and tidy as they showed.bedsheets had all the marks like they have not been washed from ages, pillow covers have yellow marks and they are are giving a foul smell,bedsheets have cigarette burn marks, comforter cloths was torned.I took a round of the other rooms of the hotel right side of the property, I simply asked a guest can I just have a look at your room before you get in, I saw it and it was better. So I found out that they gave me the worst room possible since i would want to ask the managers and the owner of the property if you go for purchasing something on the store and you see the same thing online with 30% discount will you buy it from the store or will you order it online, that's obvious that you will get it online, so same logic applies to your property too, it's called a lodge, even if you go to a gurudwara or on a dharmshala you will get better hospitality and behaviour than your staff for sure. There was no soap in the bathroom, handwash liquid stand was wrecked and there was 2 clinic plus pouch kept, this delighted me so much, wow 2 clinic plus shampoo pouch wow😜😜...they didn't have a courtesy to keep drinking water in the room, you get this bottle at 20rs, just 20rs and you can't even spent this much for your guest, oh sorry you have to behave worst Came late at night asked for the water bottle went inside to sleep. I slept in the most dirtiest bed I have ever seen in my life, all foul smells from pillow and bedsheets, I had to use my towel as a pillow to sleep. Morning I woke up so now let's make it more worse for the customer, aise kaise itne asani se soke uthke nikal jayega😂😂😂. I asked for the soap, he said soap available nahi hai, dude that gives a bad image of the property, if you have a guest at your home and if he asks for something you say woh ghar mein nahi hai or else you try to get it fulfilled. What kind of a dumb person you are, you can easily get a soap from a pan tapri and it will cost you 5 rs The best part no hot water at freezing cold weather😂, i called him once he said keep the tap open hot water will come, I wasted 3 buckets of water, nothing, I called him again I am in hurry and hot water is not available he scolded me open the room the guy is ringing the bell, nobody ringed the bell dude I am in the room only, suddenly a man came up he went inside did the same thing what I did already, he wasted another 2 bucket of water and no hot water yet, he said I will go upstairs and check and come back, i have checked out took a flight came back to Delhi joined my office having chai with my colleague chouhan sahab par woh ladka garam paani check karke aya hi nahi, pata nahi kahan reh gaya bichara, (behti hawa sa tha woh....kahan gaya use dhundo). I had to use cold water for bath, I didn't use their shampoo too kyu kharcha karne 2 rs bichare lodge walo ka bichara manager wapas kahan jayega shampoo lene, international import karata hoga bhai clinic plus ka pouch coz pouch dekhke nahi lag rha tha ki yeh indian packing hai 😜, manager ji sarcasm hai compliment mat le lena. I was checking out I asked do I have any bills pending he said yes water bottle I gave the bottle packed back to him immediately, with humbleness I said sir here is your bottle I didn't use it, I would take a bottle from outside and benefit that small shopkeeper. I asked I booked a complimentary breakfast, ha ha by now you guys must be knowing what will be his answer😂😂 he said you have to pay for the breakfast. I paid 250 extra for the breakfast during booking to which he said you have booked it on Oyo uski details hamare pass nahi aati, if you don't get the details how did you verify the person at the first place. I showed him the booking voucher where it is shown breakfast included and then he said okay you can take breakfast, his tone was so bad, I felt like I begged him for something to eat and he allowed me ok go eat. I skipped the meal, enjoy that 250 you saved a lot of money. I said it's okay I will not have the breakfast to which he said thik hai he didn't even give any attention, it didn't bother him that the guest is going hungry even after paying for it, he simply got busy on his work, these 3rd class properties have tarnished the concept of hospitality, look at the behaviour of the person from the start till the end, where is hospitality in this. So at the end I would like to make people aware that before booking superhouse townhall aka Nirmal regency please please don't book it

The worst place to stay. The washrooms were as bad as they could be, even toilets of Any AC Coaches of an Indian Railways are far better. wifi, tv doesn't work at all and when asked they said they never knew that they were providing such services, Just like everyone says don't judge a book by it's cover, this hotel is just nice only from outside, From inside, bhopal's Garbage yard is far better. Snail or a tortoise can be faster than the waiters here. last but not least, the in-house restaurant is the absolute shit, the rotis they serve is as thick as my high heels, and if you still choose to stay at this hotel then please don't order food from their in house Bhoj Restaurant, spend some time go out side and eat cuz they don't even allow outside Food.

TERRIBLE ! the name here as super townhouse is not the real one... the real name of the hotel is nirmal palace... that hotel has far less rating with a very bad criticism about its cleanliness, accomodation, facilities...etc... The staff was pretty arrogant and unhelpful...The room was very dirty... the bed was only arranged properly but there were hairs of previous guests... the toilet seat was broken... the room smelled too...When we complained about the toilet seat, the person at the reception behaved very rudely... I'd suggest u not to go for this hotel unless u want to suffer as we did.

very bed experience pathetic when i reached hotel hotelier denied to accept my booking he told my already cancelled your booking but i dindnt got ny information till date. I was book that room for my friend he was coming to attend a marriage function but for that sopoiled his plane by gooibbio nd hotelier
