I booked 2 rooms for 6 pax and paid for the same online. But when I reached the hotel, they denied to provide extra bed. It’s only after detailed discussion, they provided us extra mattresses but without bed sheets saying we never provide. Also, linen, blankets and towels were not really clean. Staff service and food was also not pleasing.
