The hotel is right off in front of the beach.There are 3 types of rooms here; I would recommend travelers to go for the super deluxe rooms which have been recently upgraded(we stayed in a deluxe room which was to be renovated). The hotel is value for money and good for friends as well as solo travelers. The cleanliness and amenities however was not up to the mark and needs an improvement. Hotel staff was courteous and well behaved .The food was easily one of the best I have had in Konkan. Recommend to try surmai and prawns for seafood lovers. Its a value for money if you go out with friends. For families, I would recommend booking the super deluxe rooms. All in all a decent experience

Awesome Experience: Hotel and hospitality is good. food is average. suggestions: - Go for AC deluxe room second flr, to enjoy sea view from window. - carry your own liquor n cold drinks, as they don't provide. - Do not wander late night as jackal n hyena are always waiting for u. - If u r lucky enough u can meet monitor lizard near beach late night. - There are plenty of cook available so buy fish from dock and handover to them, local cook prepare tasty food. - do not forget to try local food -U can purchase plenty of fish from dock after negotiating, packing and parcel boxes are available there.

Poor experience..Smelly room, not sufficient lights (bulbs)during night, Sea view totally blocked by building under construction, Food quality is normal. only the Ground staff support is OK. Smelly room, Set of box not working, fan speed is either high or low, not sufficient lights (bulbs)during night, Sea view totally blocked by building under construction, food quality is not that much as per the rates charged.

The resort location is too good. I went and stayed for 2days and it was very peaceful and leisure weekend for me. The resort is just opposite to karde beach. The rooms are good value for money and people are very helpful. The food quality was also good (veg.), as i am vegetarian so couldn't comment on non-veg. All together a good calm and peace location for family or couple to enjoy weekends.

I like to share my experience of stay at Dapoli karde beach. The hotel which I booked was not allotted to me, due to some other issues they provided other hotel. However, the room was far better than the hotel we booked but not as per our expectations. Minor issues with respect to room cleanliness, but adjustable.Overall stay was good..I will not recommend this hotel ...very costly...

the beach is just in front of the hotel. you dont need to carry your vehicle. cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. we had insects bed bugs al around. overall in terms of money it was not upto the level. rest of the things outside the hotel great environment and a place surely recommended to visit

Very Old property needs civil revamp. Torn Curtains and blue bedsheet are like goverment hospital . Bathroom not clean .Old ACs. Service on call not available. Money wasted. Garden and pool average maintained.Not recommended to any one. Manager is very helpful and attentive.

Hotel is situated near beach, but it's not perpendicular to beach, however you can have a sea view from rooms. Service is okay. Budget hotel. Overall pleasent stay.
