1. poor service and cleanliness "my experience at surkhab resort was highly disappointing. the service was painfully slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to guests' needs. the rooms were far from clean—dusty surfaces, unwashed linens, and dirty bathrooms made the stay unpleasant. i would not recommend this place to anyone expecting basic hygiene." 3.untrained staff "customer service here is appalling. the staff members were rude and seemed poorly trained in handling basic requests. i had to wait over an hour for something as simple as a towel, and when it arrived, it was stained. definitely not a place i’d revisit." 3. overall poor management "this resort suffers from poor management and neglect. cleanliness is lacking throughout the premises, and the food quality was disappointing. staff behavior was unprofessional, and they didn’t seem to care about guests' comfort. avoid this place if you value good service and a clean environment." --- feel free to mix or refine these according to your experience!

We went along with Family, and its a beautiful place to visit, we really had wonderful moments. We had booked 1 swiss tent and 1 desi mud hut, both were having big size beds along with basic necessities i.e hot water in tab, soap & shampoos. The resort is having even more fantastic options like Bunga, Family cottages, huts, tents which one can book with pocket friendly tariff. It is beautifically located bit aside the main road but very near to white desert for a peaceful stay. U will surely enjoy the local desi food which taste's best in both breakfast and lunch/dinner. Our kids loved the place too. They also do traditional cultural activities at night daily which is an amazing thing to experience. Staff is very humble and helpful, special thanks to Hussain bhai who is there to take care of prompt service, Vidyut ji guided us politely to plan our day for sightseeing near by places. I would highly recommend tourists to book Surkhaab Rann Resort for a pleasant stay while visiting The Great Rann of Kutch.

my stay at surkhab rann resort was amazing. i chose to stay in a mud hut which was upgraded to a bhunga on my arrival. the bhunga has a very traditional and cosy vibe, was exceptionally well kept and had all the basic cleanliness standards met. the property is huge with lots of open space. the highlight of my stay was the food service and the traditional show which happened post dinner. my stay was very enjoyable, the host even guided to places in and around and made sure i had a pleasant stay.

very good stay in the rann of kutch. it is much more economical to stay here than inside the tent city. all facilities are there, including a cultural performance and garba in the night. we had choosen the lowst category of rooms and even they were clean and comfortable. plaster was coming off the walls of the bathroom since it's a traditional mud hut so 1 star less.food service was also really good

not provided ac room, although mentioned during booking time. rooms were dirty especially the bathroom. the approach road to the hotel was very bad with lots of potholes. it was quite away from the white desert. i feel we have been cheated. goibibo must refund an appropriate amount since the room was not having ac.

It's ok for one night stay with village feeling but if you are looking for luxury then may not be the right choice. Limited options in food and mostly you'll need to take buffet as ala carte order in dinner would be taken after 10 PM post buffet as was informed by front manager.

the place is good and completely village experience. all options are there from premium cottage, swiss tent, family cottage and bhunga. the location is somewhat inside from the main road, otherwise it is very good.
