we had booked the hotel almost one and half month in advance and informed them that we will reach hotel at 1145 hrs in night,when we reached their they had given room to somebody Else and we had been shifted to other hotel and they didn't provide vehicle also even I had inform them same day and one day prior about my arrival with wife still in midnight I had been refused room in same hotel

It was a memorable stay. Service and Location was very good. Overall, staffs were very cooperative. Food was very good. we were supported by hotel staff whatever we asked from them for our kids and their special needs.

very bad, I advised all never book in swarnima. behavior very bad, not listen, quality of hotel is very bad. never book in hotel swarnima. what I faced in night with my family, I don't want anyone face this situation.

Hotel in control of low paid workers with very casual and unprofessional attitude. Highly mismanaged facility. Although displayed multi cuisine but only pure veg ' Thals' provided with no option.
