My room was a decent size, with basic amenities: a comfortable bed, a small desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was fully functional. While the hotel wasn’t luxurious, it provided a comfortable stay with all the essentials. It is a solid choice for a budget traveler, offering convenience and a friendly atmosphere.

Horrible experience staying at this hotel. Room size is so small and there is no mirror in the room tv is on right side wall of bed and side table is in another side of room. When you take shower water is falling on WC. Food and management at breakfast is pathetic. Some lodge is better than this hotel.

it's a very happy stay swanotel.there is a nice smell as soon as you enter the hotel. washrooms are very neat and clean.reception staff is very friendly and helpful. they provide a nice breakfast buffet. overall it's a very satisfying stay in a location like gachibowli. i will rate 5/5

Honestly speaking the hotel is amazing and its location is very good. The staffs are helpful, co-operative, and understanding. The price is reasonable and the breakfast includes all the healthy items. Easily make a booking for this hotel without any second thinking.

Property is situated at prime location. Luxurious rooms and amenities at affordable price. The terrace restaurant has a great view and food served was too good! Polite and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

No hot water , no fan regulator to control fan speed it is running at high speed by default. Wifi network is worst . No dental kits provided, pillow covers are not clean.

Brand new hotel. On the main road besides KIMS The hotel was very good, neat n clean room the staff was cooperative and provided support for early check-in.
