SwaSwara Wellness - A CGH Earth Experience, Gokarna

let me get one thing out of the way The resort is awesome - location wise and facilities wise. But the experience was dragged down by food and bit to do with staff. The check-in & Room - If you don't know the concept of this resort then you will be surprised by the way your 1400sqft Konkan villa you booked has small bedroom area but huge open to sky seating area. we loved the upper floor study/relaxing area where you can just and listen to the sea or read a book. the greenary around the resort and their water harvesting system were superb. Just because you paid high price don't expect that kind of amenities in room ;) The Food - we didn't know the food will be in this particular style and which didn't go well with us. the ayurvedic diet food and the way they are cooked will leave you with bad taste. their homegrown fruits are awesome in taste, especially sapota. they tried Christmas dinner and different stuff but unless you are on diet and like their kind of food BIG NO. Staff - For the money I paid and the hospitality we received was kind of average. the staff were not that welcoming and there is this awkward feeling created from the start which never went away even after staying for 3 days. As a family it was a mixed bag as the room and resort were very good. The private beach access elevate the mood but the happy feeling was letdown by food & average hospitality!! if you just want relieve your stress and don't care much about staff & food - I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We went as a family of 2.We had booked the konkan villa with complimentary breakfast. We had an excellent experience & would really recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to spend a tranquil few days away from the city. The property is well maintained , serene & calm. Perfect for yoga, meditation ,relaxing and for opening up your creative side. Courteous and polite staff, always ready to go the extra mile in terms of taking feedbacks & ensuring you have the best stay.Food served is vegetarian and seafood with stress to wellness based diet. Egg is available. However, no red meat and alcohol. Wine is available on request. This property is perfect for family and friends. Villa is spacious with open courtyard, blending with nature. You can sip a tea or two listening to the sound of birds. The property has private access to Om beach, which is a bonus. Overall, a great experience and really recommend this stay.

The stay was incredibly comfortable, with immaculate cleanliness and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff were warm, courteous, and attentive — truly exceptional in every way. The Ayurvedic consultation and massages were deeply relaxing and expertly done, leaving me feeling refreshed and balanced. Everything, from the ambiance to the service, was top-notch. I genuinely hope they continue to maintain this high standard. I’ll definitely be returning to this slice of paradise!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly and amazing. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the restaurant to the room service staff were delightful and eager to help and very friendly. Thank you for making the stay memorable.
