The Taj Crown Hotel Agra

It was a good experience for us. The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are neat and clean. The washroom was also quite clean. The restaurant is also very neat and clean and the food is very good in taste The only disappointment was the toiletries provided.

The room are good at this price range.. the staff is not that much concerned abt customer problem or requests Hot water is not available in washroom even after requesting and waiting more than 80 min.. Kindly check the same at the time of check in..

Staff is very good & cooperative bt the property dnt match with pic & crown plaza There is no cattle in room n no proper toiletryTowel are nt clean they are yellowish in color nt white Plz try to improve We can say "maza ni aaya ' crown plaza

The rooms are nice but lack in feel plus no hot water in taps and shower doesn't have any pressure. The service is very lackluster as well,no proper staff in the hotel,dirty sheets,no kettle or glasses or cups in the room. Not value for money.

Rooms were not clean properly bedsheets was dirty, kettle was so dirty even they don't have dental kit & other toiletries just they have soap for everything. It was not a good stay for me. It was irritating trip.

wrong location in sabzi mandi , total chaos since early morning. hot water issue , very basic breakfast , very limited staffplease don't fool your clients with wrong and unethical practices

Service is too poor plus during my visit top management or owner was fighting with wife or a lady with very bad and loud language. No proper hot water in winters, food service is too bad

It was good to stay. All the staff were very gentle and well behaved. I suggest that if possible, please arrange for light to shine on the face during shaving/dressing.

morning me tea mangwane ki liye 10 call kiye par reception par kisi ne attend nhi kiya or hotal ke bistar par kafi baal the

hotel was good only issue is that we didn't get hot water, just little warm water which is not good during winters

Nice and clean property, value for money, Humble staff .. rooms are small but good washrooms and great location

good hotel, on the main road. Staff very good frontline and room service both. Food is also tasty.

This one cost 3000 approx.. but its good at this convenient at this Prize. location is good..
