The property was just fantastic & even as it's located very close to the beach, like in about 5 min walking distance from here & even another beach was about 6-7 kilometers away from here so even location wise it was very good. The room they provided to us was very clean & was comfy as well. their services were great too. The only drawback was just one thing & that is when we asked them to provide meals in the room, they denied to do as saying we have to do to the in-house restaurant of the hotel to have it so room services like the way we wanted was not there otherwise rest everything was awesome here. They even provided bike on rent here so it was a great thing as well. We had tremendous stay here.

Food is really very good,only thing is the restaurant open after 8.30 am in the morning for breakfast. Room is relatively small but enough for couple. Hotel owners are good, milind and kalpa tamhankar are very considerate if there is any situation. They provided food in off hours too . The hotel is walkable from beach. Its bit inside compared to other hotels but location is still good. If you have kid then they can play in the bug lawn in the hotel at evenings/nights.

There is no light whole night and day and only fans and light workingwe have booked ac room but dur to less power back up we couldn't use ac.No one is there to help for room service only.Hotel owner is busy with there restaurant,look like he Is happy with the restaurant business and room booking is just for namesake.very poor experience.we have done full payment so we are not able to shift the room.

awesome stay and ambience is lovely... I recommend people... clean room at an affordable rate..good property for family....I really appreciate Nishchay Bhai for all the help....rooms and bathroom are clean...food is good.. specially morning breakfast omlette and chapati...and Dal tadka is awesome in lunch....prawns fry is delicious...

Try good and cool place to stay Good and tasty food Breakfast is not served here so had to go out. Clean room and good clean bed sheets and towels provided Spacious place so outdoor theatre was provided to watch India - S.africa match was the best part of it. Good co operative staff too. Overall good

The facilities and the hospitality which I have got from this property was complete satisfying.But cleanliness was not maintained as during my stay no one came to clean my room. No complimentary services like breakfast & WiFi .Polite & helpful staffs. Property location is easy to find & perfect.

World's best Fish food you can have here... Room was very comfortable for couple..and room was very clean.. best place to stay.. every staff is supportive.. they know the value of the customer.. you can not feel unsafe here..

it was horrible, waste of money room quality is about 800-1000 RS only, small rooms. bad service, bad food. manner less staff, don't allowed dinner in room,very small Room, bad manners , bad food, Over charge for everything

The stay was ok. It was in a very interior location, so it was a little bit difficult to reach. Food services were not so good. No wifi services were available there. Staff cooperation was ok but not up to the mark.
