well maintained hotel and the best part is food , food is very tasty and perfectly served.. As we have take the flight next day.. the location of the hotel Thames is very comfortable and convenient for us … And special thanks to Mr.Sumit for very cooperative behaviour. Me and my family all are very satisfied with their services and food. i recommend everyone to stay here.

the rooma are very dirty and smelly you can't go inside the toilet as they are not clean by everyday and the service of breakfast is also very bed if you order something they bring that order after one and half hour and while this you have to make call on reception again and again because they don't attend the call and if they attend they don't take it seriously

I stayed at Hotel Thames zirakpur. Hospitality was so good that it feels like home . Special thanks to sandeep, sumit and shreya, they all maked my stayed very memorable . Chef kelash made the food according to my preference and the server served it well. We will recommend to our friends and family. And surely visit again.

photos do not match. while asking upon the receptionist. hotelier stated that they had a technical glitch which led to uploading of different pictures. not even the amenities were fulfilled.

hotel is good neat & clean, parking facility is available, hotel owner very nice talking, but food is very expensive, other this hotel is best for night stay in genuine price.

not a pleasant stay, non cooperative staff.. no complimentary water bottle (not even a single bottle), no complimentary soap, shampoo... not even providing a valid food bill...
