The Fern Residency, Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar)

One of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Details: 1. Location: located in the CIDCO area of Aurangabad, 10-15 minutes drive from the airport. Walkable from Connaught place, which is the main town area of Aurangabad and is lined with shops and eateries. 2. Service: Exceptional housekeeping staff. We didn't even see them. Every day when we came back from our sight seeing or other activities, we found the room spic and span, with everything in its proper place. Even staff from the other departments such as front desk and in-room dining are courteous and efficient. They do their job well with zero interference. 3. Room: Ours was a winter green room. Amenities were all state of the art, including safe, closet, work table, work chair, coffee table, couch, and of course, bed. All toiletries except hair conditioner were provided (I asked for it they didn't have it). As it is a business hotel do not expect a balcony or a view or even any artistic decorations in the room. Everything was neat and in excellent condition, perfect for a good night's sleep and a relaxed stay. 4. Restaurant: This department requires special mention. The staff was outstanding in service and courtesy. The breakfast and the dinner buffet were both satiating, with both western and Indian items on the menu. Live counters for dosa during breakfast made my mornings. Food quality was also good, both in taste and in health. Overall, highly recommend their restaurant for the hospitality. A special mention for the bar as well - the bartender made me a customized mocktail which was outstanding. The only negative aspect, perhaps only my point of view, of the bar was that the music played on the TV was not tasteful. 5. Overall: Highly satisfied. Will stay here again if I ever revisit Aurangabad. Definitely recommend to fellow travelers. It is not a budget hotel but you truly get value for what you spend here.

Very Nice hotel, centrally located with good amenities and superb food. the place is close to the Airport and in the main market area of Aurngabad. It was a nice and comfortable stay with all the amenities available. room was cozy. buffet breakfast and buffet dinner had good veg & non veg recipes and delicious too. staff at every place is absolutely smart, well dressed and courteous. which actually makes you to come again. this was my third stay in the hotel and would love to visit again. timely meal, no noise or disturbance. cooperative staff for any requirement be it some printouts or fast check out or anything...it's superb

They got a huge car parking and the reception people are nice. The room is with all 4 star facilities and wash room is very neat and with neat towels. The location of the property is very good and accessible to all nearby tourist spots and outskirt places like ajantha and ellora caves. Complementary breakfast was superb with lot of choice and dinner and lunch too good but a bit costly. Overall I will rate the property as 5 out of 5. hassle free check in and check out

Excellent hotel. The location is good. The hotel ambience is good. The cleanliness is excellent. Food quality including breakfast and dinner is top notch with a good spread. Overall a very good experience. This will be one of the favourite hotels for future stays.
