The Garden Asia Resort

There are a few positive and negative sides to the stay. 1. The front office staff were awesome. 2. There was a gardener, Sunil who was super rude when we parked our car in the wrong place, it was shocking for us to think about what kind of Hospitality. 3. Kids' play area is full of alcohol and cigarette packets. 4. The stairs near the Kitchen and gym were pathetic, and there was poor hygiene, so we had to think about Food. 5. Food is really expensive, as the resort is located outskirts of Bangalore, we will not have the option to go outside and buy food.

the facility is not well maintained, only swimming pool is the place to spend some quality time. rooms are not well maintained, paints coming out of the walls, bathroom had molds formed and very dirty. we booked the ap plan and everyday it was a struggle to get our meals, since there was a group which had come there (all the focus on them) with no staff to attend the in house guests. we were asked to have lunch and dinner from the buffet spread arranged for that group (this was neither very pleasant as it was becoming very awkward for my family ).

I booked 2 suit rooms for 3 adult and 2 kids. 1 addition person with no add on service, they charged me Rs 4012. Rooms are in worst condition and running water in bathroom. Wrinkled bedsheets. No cattle and tea or coffee kit. White towels turned gray. When I checked in, no one guided us to room and I had to search room on my own. I requested 3 times in advance to provide cake for my kids birthday. They said no cake is available at the end movement. Over all it was worst experience.

Behavior of the staff was not very welcoming. They don't resolve the issues. Even though Check in time was 12 PM, the rooms were not ready. AC was not working in one of the room and we had to follow up multiple times and finally they gave a fan. Food is not very great and limited. They also serve in very limited quantity. Swimming Pool is good, Kids play are is okay. Other activities are mostly for adults above 18 years
