Hotel Titanium

I cancelled my plans for getting into Boulevard9, (that I had used on several occasions) for TGB, basing my previous numerous experiences @ Ahmedabad, Surat & Rajkot. Was in for a tough ride though. Pros 1. Courteous and warm team members 2. We got late in reaching, but they waited for us and called us more than once to check on our arrival status. 3. Warm receptionist and cheerful bellboy 4. Hotel has decent parking space 5. Spacious room 6. I was skeptical about the food, however it has a passable spread at the breakfast table. However, if you want to enjoy your morning, you got to be patient and order fresh stuff (please smile, use your courtesies often and do some pranayama, as the Restaurant Mgr. can be a tad difficult to engage). We were treated to fresh & hot stuff after ordering them. Go Jain/ Oil Free and you can assure yourself of freshly cooked stuff. 7. Smooth check-in and check-out. Took us less than a minute, as we had booked online and paid in advance. Cons 1. Room smelled of sewer. Had to pump up the AC and open the room windows for a long time to get the stink out. 2. We were given a choice of another room to shift (not the same category as ours), however, we had to decline as that room was like a small cabin. 3. The vent in the bathroom wasn't present and there was a gaping hole where the exhaust fan had to be. Easy access for mosquitoes and insects 4. Using the Bathroom was quite an ordeal. The placement of the WC right opposite the wash-basin gives no space to move. Partition to the shower area was mostly ineffective, with water spilling over to other areas. 5. If you are still going to visit the hotel, please carry your own personal effects (the hotel has lousy toiletries and the bath linen was pathetic - had holes in them). 6. Wouldn't be a bad idea to check the room, bed and bath linens etc before checking in. Overall Experience: 2 on a scale on 10

Morning breakfast was not included in my plan ,, I went for the breakfast and was told it will be chargeable which was ok for me... There was no buffet of breakfast as no if guests was very less... The guy handling breakfast was too rude for a chain like TGB,, and told me that even if I take a cup of tea u will be charge for the full breakfast,, the way of telling this was like very rude.. Then I ordered and waited patiently for 20 min and then asked if I could get the tea fast as was having some appointments.. At this time he said sir u came just 10 minutes back and That he have NOTED the TIME when I gave ordered and started arguing rather then replying politely... Very Pathetic behaviour.. Finally when I signed the bill and was leaving for my room,, he said sorry,, but that is not at all acceptable in a chain like TGB where service is top class in other branches...

The Hotel is nice. Located, like in center, so all the things are approachable. The room is well maintain. The bathroom as well. They had provided all accessories in the room like towel, soap, etc. I felt the room to be bit small, uf you plan for people more then 2 in a room you will hv to select a bigger space or multiple rooms. even the bed was small in size. person like me who has 5.6 heigh had his legs out in air while sleeping. So you hv to crunch a bit. Where as rest of all the experience was good. They did provided complimentory breakfast and it was nice.

My wife is kidney donor, she donated her kidney on 22.03.18 at Mulji Bhai Patel Hospital & I was looking for some hygienic and easily approachable hotel. TGB Hotel met my all requirements, completely safe, hygienic, food served was also extremely safe. We were there for more than one week after operation. A big Thanks to all hotel employees who made my trust worth and I'm really grateful to them for such a nice cooperation. I'll definitely like to stay at TGB whenever I gets opportunity.
