One of the worst experience of my life to stay in this hotel. We booked 4 rooms for which 2 rooms payment was done prior an for 2 rooms pay at hotel option was opted but booking was denied for two rooms our family group was in d middle of no option. Dirty hotel no room service no hot water,no water. Owner was arrogant to even provide extra mattress even though we made no issue for what they did.They charged for the extra mattress.pathetic condition .1-2staff in the entire hotel.free breakfast was for beggars I suppose. Please consider my sincere review to all customers who r looking for the stay in future

Pathetic, horrible, worst experience ever. Even after advance payment and room confirmation they were clueless at the time of check in. Then they provided a room without AC and it was so suffocating. Then after 1 hour they asked me and my mother to share room with guests staying in the hotel. Also for the breakfast they dont provide any option. They just give one paratha to each of us

I booked my room in ₹ for just 1 night ac is not available washroom is not clean food is not available it is such a bad experience of my life me and my brother sleep in the hall on the floor I strongly request plz do not ever stay in this hotel the name of the hotel is just attractive but the arrengments are pathetic

I felt the hotel needs to have trained and experienced staff rather than what they have right know....but if they continue with the present style of working....amroha do have hotels which are better placed...only advantage is proximity to the railway station, u can reach here by 10 minutes of walking....

No staff avialable at the hotel. i was welcomed and checked in by the security guy. It is just nicely build & designed property left over to rust. THEY DONT EVEN HAVE HOT WATER FACILITY IN BATHROOM. NOT A COMFORTABLE STAY FOR A TIRED BUSINESS DEALER AT THE END OF THE DAY...
