Hotel is Very Good. Staffs are good. Food are very good and Tasty. Location of the hotel is also very good. it's just opposite KFC. Room service is very good. They provide each and every facility of a great hotel. i love the experience over all. wifi is working fine. They provide Complementary breakfast. i've one suggestion for the hotel management that you people should provide Complementary breakfast at the rooms also. anyways thanks for the good ambience and excellent service quality. i will surely visit again.

I appreciate the effort of Management of this Hotel to Improve and Maintain their Service quality continuously. last time i gave 4 star but this time out of my two suggestions they solved one. Wifi on 4th floor is working fine. anyways there is no issues with service and quality of the Hotel, ambience and staff Behaviour. everything is best as expected But it is my request to the management of the Hotel to subscribe few channel with all variations for all type of guests.

Grand Hotel is situated in the main location of Aizawl at Zarkawt. Nearby all my point of visiting areas. Very nice supervision of the staff, well behaved and room services are very good. Rooms are clean, comfortable and hygienic. Rates are very cheapest and all the dishes both veg and nonveg are available and tasty foods.

Neat and clean hotel, located in the heart of the city.Rooms are nice and clean, Hotel staffs are extremely well behaved and helpful - excellent breakfast with great hospitality. It's a nice experience and value for money.I will again stay in my next visit and shall recommend other visitors also.

The room was compact and maintained well. Restroom was not as good as the room but still clean. The staff was awesome. Especially the room service personal on night shift. Only problem with the hotel was the small elevator. Small means very small.

Rooms are very neat & clean. Staff behaviour was excellent esp reception staff.Room service was also good. Only issue was the in-room wifi which was not working. Otheriwse it was a very good experience.

Hotel is Located Centraly of City. Staff are well trained. Room are good. I had booked Non AC room. but due to Likage in Room as compassion they shifted me Premium Room. Food quality was also good.
