I'm very disappoint. when I was call on hotel number around 2 pm on date 19/04/2022 for confirm my booking but they didn't pick up my call . I'm reached at 3 pm . whenever I ask for my Booking they said no booking yet. after 20 mins they confirmed my booking. after i reached my room no 303 it's very dirt bathroom and someone smoke in bathroom and they didn't clean my room and bathroom also. when I complaint about it they send his staff with air freshener. very poor service and no support from hotel staff. Never come again this hotel.

I stayed for 8 days in Delux Room. The service which I have received from the Hotel Staffs is excellent. The quality of food in the restaurant which is a part of hotel with same name is also very good. All the staff members of Hotel & Restaurant is very polite, supportive and responsible towards their duty. I will surely suggest to stay in this hotel if you visit Dhuva, Morbi

good hotel on nice location. dhuva industrial area is very near from the hotel. also matel road is very near. good staff, very polite behaviour, food is aslo good. breakfast service is some week . there is only poha, bradbutter and tea. there should be some improvements in breakfast service.

nice hotel ,nice rooms but person at reception as well waiters are illiterate and mannerless , food is also not good , whatever u ask they don't have ,even basic breakfast get ready after 8am , so be prepared to face all this things after booking

Hotel rooms are good with comfortable beds. Good quality hotel at such remote place. Room quality, quick service and excellent food quality in complimentary breakfast!!!

no maintenance, door lock was breaked , jet spray was no there, they place bucket for Western seat......Very bad experience just an extra star for staff.
