i recently stayed at the grand machal in indore and had a truly memorable experience. the property is beautifully themed like a man-made jungle, which gives it a unique and refreshing atmosphere, perfect for escaping the hustle of city life. the resort is spacious, clean, and well-maintained with a lot of greenery all around, which adds to the relaxing vibe. the room we stayed in was comfortable, well-furnished, and had all the basic amenities we needed. the staff was courteous, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. one of the highlights was the range of adventure activities offered — ziplining, rope courses, atv rides, and more. it’s a fantastic place for both kids and adults to have some fun. the pool area was also clean and a great spot to relax. the food at the restaurant was tasty, with a good variety of vegetarian dishes. the service was a bit slow at times, but the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made up for it. overall, the grand machal is a great destination for a weekend getaway with family or friends. whether you’re looking to unwind or add some adventure to your trip, this place has something for everyone. highly recommende!

Staf is not coperative, charge aditional amount on spa as committed before booking, everyone changing words and not interested to hear anyone. Attached before provided spa pdf menu cost 900 per person and confirmed over the phone call. Attached after on the desk charges 1600 menu photo which is completed unexpected. I was plan full family spa but due to unexpected cost and no consideration only plan for 1 person others are highly disappointed 😞 Attached all the screenshots.

The resort/cottages was average (especially considering the charges paid: Rs.5500, including taxes and offers). the hotel is just an extension of the adventure park therefore there seems to be less focus on the hotel compared to park. We stayed over there for 2 nights. It's a good picnic place but not with a luxurious stay. Rooms size is very big enough to stay with a family. House keeping was not as good, because we found a RAT in our room, which made us uncomfortable both nights.

It was my second visit and I find the place calm and comfortable. There was a issue regarding cleanliness which was promptly attended by the staff. The staff is helpful and extend full support. The food is good and my family enjoyed a lot.

stay was good due to maintenace pool was closed and in play zone there was a lot of gentry un wanted as u want a secluded place for holiday so left the hotel early 90 percent gentary was not good
