Nice hotel. Courteous and friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms. Very good food and nice rooftop restaurant. Check in/out process is smooth. The only reason for giving 4 stars is that the size of Executive room. Room dimension is just as big as a king size bed. We had to upgrade the room after seeing the room. Executive room is good only for a single person, not for family.

I regularly visit Patan in last 5 to 6 years, I never seen this type of luxurious hotel and service. I think The Grand Piano is the best hotel in Patan. it was a great experience, very comfortable stay, room service and food excellent, very clean and hygiene.
