Great stay at The Highlands. Good location, helpful staff, clean rooms and parking facilities. Their rooftop restaurant has good food, nice ambience and live music. A great stay experience for couples. The staff is welcoming and helpful to guide on how to visit main tourist spots. A lot of market and other facilities available near this hotel location which makes it a very easy stay for couples as well as families.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was also average. Only issue I have during my stay is lift was not working. And I was travelling with my parents. So it is too hard for them to use stairs every time. Restaurant was on 6th floor and our room was on 2nd floor. Every time we have to use stairs. Because their lift was not working.

This was the most amazing stay i have ever had in rishikesh. The owners Arpit and Deepshikha bhabhi are so cool and cooperative. 4-5 saal se rishikesh araha hu resorts bekaar h highlands ke aage....the food, the service, the staff, the rooms, the rooftop cafe and THE VIBE ... everything is amazing. Highly recommended!

There was no details about the extra charges at the time of early check in, anywhere on the hotel policy or otherwise. but the hotel charged an exorbhiant amount, even when the room was emplty and just simply available.

Beautifil cosy property in tapovan. The staff was helpful. The terrace restaurant had such good view. Food was delicious. The property is near to the market in tapovan. It is family friendly. Pure vegetarian too.

Hotel Location is good near Laxman Jhula (however Laxman Jhula is closed and hence going to ganga ghaat is little far from this place), all the famous cafes are nearby and overall a good and scenic location
