We had our booked room on top floor but bcoz there's no lift in the hotel we were shifted to a room on ground floor. The check-in time at the hotel is 12 noon, we checked in at 5.30pm and we had to wait for almost around 45 mins bcoz the room wasn't clean. We were left unattended in the lobby area (which was pretty hot) where they switched on the AC after we asked them 4-5 times. The restaurant here is under renovation so the food is available only at room service. Food taste is okish. Also, if taking extra bed, it is the extra matress that they provide and not an extra bed. Overall, the hotel is decent and not very expensive so one can stay here for a day or two.

The location of the hotel is hoon but the service is not up to the mark. The hygiene was not maintain even at the time of this coroan pandemic. The rooms , bathrooms are not clean, tv not working. Even the plates and spoon that they provide at the time of dinner are not clean. Strictly not recommended to stay.

This is a very basic hotel in a small town like Mehsana. the facilities are limited but the staff is very helpful and most of your requests are well attended. I'm happy because I got more than I expected.

overall average experience. hotel needs some maintenance. food is good. Television was not working. Property located at a little distance from main city however not very far off. Average good experience.

hotel location is very good, premises is wide and spacious. rooms are also spacious and clean. attractive location and easy to reach. peaceful atmosphere. staffs are cooperative. food quality also good.

Hotel is ok not that good, there is no tea pot in room even in super delux room, glass of bathroom was not clear. But the service is good with nice tea and coffee even food. Food is not expensive.

Skip the complimentary breakfast. Do not even try to check what is in it for breakfast. This place (restaurant) is absolutely dirty. The other restaurant for lunch /dinner is ok.
