great stay, staf and manager all were friendly, and the rooms were top notch, really great rooms and the lounge or community area is just great, i have also met the volunteers prince, great guy, through him i have met new friends. well, they were conducting events, since this is new property the number events i am expecting to increase in the future. also they have a parking space and the location is good.

They are very rude special reception guy, I want to cancel tomorrow’s booking bur its non refundable so i can’t move to another place. Really bad response from guy after requesting in morning and then requested as well in evening and dont even remember that i requested in morning as well. But really disappointing for me.

great stay, overall veryyy good facilities, particularly the washrooms..... even if it is not required you will take a shower, that good😅, rooms are spacious enough. secure facilities. lounge on the top floor... looks aswm. please, also include self Ironing facility. The management is helpful.
