I have stayed in hosteller jaipur hathroi many times due to my business for the last 2 months & i found this place just like my home with such a great ambiance, cleaned rooms & washroom, amazing helpful staff & i really mean it but one thing I want to highlight here is that one day I was watching movie in a comman area near reception because there is only 1 common area at the property as of now due to under-construction of the rooftop so me & 2 or 3 more co guest were seating there & watching movie an suddenly 1 guy came & he switched off the TV & he left from there we all felt so insulating for his behaviour & later we asked at the reception staff that who was that guy so we got a answer from the staff that he is our new *Area Manager* so we all were so shocked that how come he do such thing with us with the in-house customer who all are paid for their stay at the property. I'm really sorry but I'm really unhappy with the behaviour of the *Area Manager* of the hosteller hathroi he was really rude he was unprofessional & i never expected from the senior staff of the hosteller company to do something like this with the in-house customer. I'm very disappointed with this. Rest all were good

Everything about The Hosteller is perfect. Location is nice. Staff are good and interactive. Service is immaculate. Cleanliness top notch. Just Perfect. If you're travelling solo or in a group, book The Hosteller worry free, I had a really affordable and nice trip to Jaipur because of them. Thank you.
