Hotel is great, in true sense ***** hotel, nicely kept, food is very tasty all though they serve pure veg only (except eggs in breakfast) and staff feeds you very well... :-)) One can see & expect heritage in every aspect of the room, which is best part of it... ex. drinking water glasses are copper glass, bowl for snacks are copper bowl.... and many more things... one need to stay to experience it.. I booked standard room, though size was quite big & nice room... have checked on other rooms too, they are woooowww... may be in stay in one of those next time... There are few drawbacks too, like in (my room, which was Standard) TV channel connection / satellite connections kept on fluctuating frequently, standard rooms doesn't have ceiling fans so if one doesn't want ac than its a problem... Only few rooms has lift, though I didn't needed it... Being ****** property, it bound to have seepage / marks of seepage... be prepared to see them... though I didnt had any problem with it.. Reception / entrance doesn't have sliding paths... hence it will be difficult for wheelchair ridden guests & traveler with heavy baggage or who come for business tour with loads of promotion material (like me... :-|) In any case an over all fine stay & I will look forward to stay again... sooon... Thanks team, keep up the good work.

Its been damn pleasant experience. All my guest have enjoyed their stay like they are experiencing The flavors of Gujarat. Property is very well managed. Special thanks to Aabhashbhai. Tonnes of Thanks to Santoshbhai for being very kind and generous person throughout our stay and he was very helpful in every aspect his service and pleasantness is commendable. Thanks to Badalbhai, Aashishbhai and whole team. Thanks to chef for amazing food. Sorry if we have given any inconvenience. It was wonderful experience. Would love to visit again and again. Thanks again for making my most memorable days so special.

Its a gem of a place in the old part of the city, will all up to date amenities in the room which reminds you of staying in a real haveli..go for it for relishing the real authentic care..the staff is good and supportive for all your needs. I want to come back to the place in my next opportunity.

Stay was awesome. true to its heritage theme.. room service would be great if provided.. also there was no proper guidance or assist in breakfast.. we just what was ready and couldn't give order since it was taking too long fpr preparation.. if known in advance we could have enjoyed thoroughly

It's a beautiful place. Very intricately designed with attention to detail. A calm oasis in the middle of the city. The service by the staff is exceptionally warm. Mr Shadabali at the reception was especially warm and ensured we checked in and out with ease.
