worst experience in life. first they denied check in and ask me to cancel the booking and pay them directly. secondly they provided damaged mattress and straightforward denied to change it. all facilities mentioned on the booking are wrong. they don't have parking, refrigerator in room. even they don't have intercom in room. pls don't book this hotel even at free of cost. it is even worst than Dharamshala

Good view from rooms, its in the middle of McLeo Bazar. Customer service is awesome and employees are too polite. But no sign of cleaness and food is totally poor, need to improve in both parts. Its was good and had a pleasant stay.
