The dorm was very dirty....the room's paint was falling off.....there was one small fan in the bunk bed which was of no use in summers.....at least there should be some arrangements for a stand fan but no help was done ....the care takers were very polite but they were unable to help....they refused to help us...the cafe scene was very nice and the hot coffee was very good ....they need to atleast solve the ventilation problem....the humidity was such that we were unable to sleep....I had worse dorm experience....kindly resolve it

Location: earlier i was living in same area so for me it's beautiful location Food: I had only aalo paratha so I can't say much more but on the based of aalo paratha I must say it was super tasty Key Person: Staff was decent & Humble cleanliness: it's good but I found snail & some insects from the washroom but also at the same time I was aware I am on the last down florr so it's acceptable.

hotel bahut acha hai...but sidiya bht jada hai pedal bht chalna padta h.... parking ki facility bi ni h ..agar ap car se travel kar rhe h to acha khasa parking ka payment Krna padega. agar apke sath chota bacha ya koi bujurg h to bht dikt h bacha godi se utarta ni h or bujurg itni sidiya chad utar ni payenge..baki hotel staff bht acha h room bht ache h neat & clean h....ganga view bht acha h.

The location is amazing there are very good cafes nearby, the rooms were good, and the bathrooms clean, you can enjoy your time with the sound of the river flowing by your side while holding a cup of your favourite hot beverage.

The view from the hotel room is awesome and situated at a very good location near laxman jhoola. The hotel staff is very nice and cooperative. but you have to take so many stairs to move in and out from the hotel.
