worst service for official tour..owner of this hotel Saurav Botra & front desk billing staff jyotii prasad kalita chitted me on billing.on 26th morning while check out I asked them for GST bill they denied to give me GST bill as they have not entered my company gst details at the time of check in on 25th evening.On 26th morning they asked to make the food bill payment(i made the payment by credit card) and they assured me by evening they will preare the correct bill as the owner Mr. Saurav Botra has the power to correct the bill .since then i am following up with Mr. jyoti prasad and hotel landline no but there is no response till now.please avoid such hotel booking while you are in official tour.

The hotel is best value of money, good location, parking space, excellent rooms, nice room service along with the very delicious food.It was great to the staff for suggesting me to order half portion instead of full plate in main course; and the food was so tasty that I had never expect in Tezpur city. I enjoyed this nice dinner after spending few days in north east, purely north indian with mughalai flavour. I will give five star to the food. The only thing missing in the hotel was lift; due to which I have given four star to this hotel. Beside that, I suggest this hotel to everyone.

Hotel is not very popular in the town.. It's famous for it's bar-restaurant.. Hotel rooms are good. Few rooms. No lift in the premise.. Food is not very good... average. Overall good experience
