The service at the hotel was not appropriate for a 5 star hotel whatsoever l. Amenities promised such as the internet did not come to fruition and we had to wait 2-3 days for a simple internet that was not even in good quality. The room itself was not cleaned properly and the washroom had several issues and broken parts. The AC regulator was not functioning properly either nor was the television.

1. The quality of the interior and hotel ambiance is very poor 2. Toilet is unclean 3. No breakfast was provided. When approached the waiter didn't even respond for breakfast4. No one cares. They are all using their mobile phone and no service to the guest5. Air conditioner was making loud noise and was unable to sleep6. Expect one bottle, water is chargeableNever go there!

I erroneously made the booking thru goibibi for day use while I wanted night usage as I was travelling and just to sleep for 4 hours but the hotel refused to make the changes even after they received request from Goibibo team. Is this the service we expect from such a hotel. I feel like I have been conned . The reception staff are also very rude and unprofessional.

worst place to stay after paying 3k everything is soooo dirty and the room stinks like hell. The washroom is not cleaned. Half of the amenities are not working no recharge in TV. Ac isn't working properly. The reception staff is rude. I would never recommend neither would book with this dirty hotel.

The worth of the hotel is worth the price. It is for college couples & not an exceutive hotel. the hand shower and western toilet seat was broken. Not recommended to decent crowd.
