I had booked this hotel for overnight stay during Ashadhi waari when millions of people from Maharashtra walk about 250 km towards Pandharpur. But the hotel refused to accept booking though it was fully paid in advance while booking the room. Since being extremely tired after walking around 25 km in a day under hot sun & Malshiras being small town, there was no option but to get the room in same hotel. Or other option was to stay with pilgrimage Dindi in a tent. But due to rainy season, staying with Dindi in a tent was not preferred. Taking the advantage of the same, hotel exploited us by asking to pay exorbitant price when compared the quality of the room. Got the room on third floor but lift was not operational during stay period. If that was less, there was no hot water next morning to take the bath. And despite of informing couple of times, nobody from hotel bothered to provide or make alternate arrangement for hot water. There is a mobile no. given as reception no. But that was switched off. So for any need, needed to climb up/ down 3 floors every time. Regarding restaurant service, being tired on the day when we reached hotel, asked for 2 tea with less sugar & 2 tea with normal sugar. But all tea were sent with very less sugar. And for that also, we had to wait for about half an hour.

TV WAS NT WORKING, AC NOT MUCH TAT COOL, HOT WATER NT MUCH HOTTER, PARKING FACILITY OUTSIDE THE HOTEL GATE, ODISHA WALA IS THE OWNER, TOTAL STAFF IS OF ODISHA & THE CHEF ALSO FRM ODISHA NT ABLE TO COOK MAHARASHTRIAN & SOUTH INDIAN FOOD, ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR OF THE HOTEL IS NT DESIGN PROPERLY.

The name of hotel attracts only, otherwise the hotel is not to the standard. The service of hotel is bad. The TV is not working, there is no communication system from the room for hotel service.
