Pros: 1. Easy access from main road 2. Room was Clean 3. Shower gel, Hand wash, Body wash was, Shower cap, Dental kit, clean Towels were given 4. Kettle, 0.5 lit of 2 water bottle, tea, coffe sachets were given. 5. Staff were courteous 6. We ordered food, which they got it Parcel from their food outlet. which was good, and a little higher on price. Cons: 1. Parking to basement is a Herculean Task because of narrow passage of entry and exit 2. Shower outlet had few rust points 3. A/C machine had lot of Dust, which made me worry, as we may end up getting infected. 4. Wall fan also had dust. 5. Chair cushions were having dust 6. The Cloth cover for pillow were oil stained. 7. As it is located near a junction, on Gokul road one can hear lot of traffic noise from morning till evening, Thank God in the night it was peaceful. 8. Gymnasium had only 2 treadmill, not used since ages 9. No in-house dining. final Verdict: It's a Average stay and somewhat value for money. Please make the building Sound proof and Parking entry - Exit point a little wide.

Very bad, arrogant n unprofessional staff. Room is good just because its a newly constructed hotel and it will not sustain for longtime with this kind of unprofessionals behaviour. They called me 30min before n asked me to checkout n wen i refused they started quarrel in my second stay. In my first stay with this hotel, i came 10min late to reception to handover room keycard, the in reception said they ll charge me half day charge for 10min late, Such behaviours are seen. Car Parking is bad congested n there is safety for the car. They don't have in house kitchen to serve food as well. i would never recommend such heinous hotels. Never seen such unprofessional arrogant behaviour in anywhere in India

Stayed here with family for a night. It is a decent place. Rooms are smallish but neatly maintained. Hot water was available, but you will need to keep the tap running and waste a couple of buckets of water till hot water starts flowing. Room service was adequate. They have a basement parking for 5-6 cars. Overall it is good for a short stay

The hotel is located centrally and in close proximity to the bus stand and restaurants. The rooms were compact but nice, clean, and comfortable. The restrooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel has a decent parking space and limited amenities. The staffs were kind and helpful. Overall, a good stay for a day or two.

It took them almost 2 hours to deliver a cup of tea in the morning. Had requested at 7 and got it at 9. One shd book them if u are ok with ordering no food/beverage at all and get the same thru swiggy/zomato The room is good, nicely furnished, clean. However getting any food delivered is a huge test of patience...

The room was clean and pristine. All sheets and linen were cleaned and sanitized. Ambience was good, and connectivity to transportation is also great. However, there were road and vehicle sounds of honking, which was disturbing if you tried to sleep.Staff were courteous and helpful. Wifi was great.

the rooms were nice...property was new but the only issue was the water in washroom..it was sort of muddy and when asked they told us tht the tank is not clean today..although the staff was polite but this is a major issue because if we are paying around 3000 then these issues should not be there

Floor felt dirty because the tile colour is wooden. Tap in bathroom isn't working properly. Tv was not working. No power backup. It's in main road but lacks facilities. Giving 2stars because they responded well over call for late login.

superb rooms. excellent washroom with excellent hygiene and amenities. clean and neat rooms and overall excellent facilities and services. restaurant is not inside. that is only one thing need to be at hotel.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained, Car parking is available, location is Good equal distance to Airport, Bus Station, and Railway station. They don't have restaurant but they will arrange from outside

Cannot expect more than available facilities at such price point. AC is less effective, but manageable. Reception and services are good. There was too much noise in our room as road close by is very busy.

This hotel is a good choice to stay in city if you are looking for peaceful stay . The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Only issue is the availability of food / restaurant is not there.
