THE PINEVINTA HOTEL

Great location, friendly staff, timely service, clean rooms. everything about this hotel and our stay were awesome. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Rajkot for a personal or business trip. It is also close to a bunch of restaurants within walking distance. Moreover, on the day we left, we couldn’t find cans to the airport because CM was doing a roadshow and most roads to the airport were choked. one of the staff (pity that I didn’t get his name) helped us not only find autos but also negotiated with him on the price for dropping us (and yeah we had tons of luggage) thanks to him we reached the airport on time.

Booked Standard room with King size bed. When I reach they provided me with twin bed room reason behind which they told that king size bed room is unavailable. I ask for upgradation, they provided me premium room. This room is with outside balcony. Balcony was very dirty not cleaned one can't use it. Also they provided with little accessories. Like towel, shampoo, shaving kit, was not available.Also at time of checking out, at reception they ask for extra INR 500 in cash instead of payment for room upgradation. Food quality is good.One should try some other hotel in Rajkot for this rates

The overall ambience is good, food is good BUT I had a very bad experience just after entering the bathroom was not clean and the paan spit was clearly visible in the bathroom which was soo disappointing, and they were no towels in the room I had to call again and again to get things done. This shows even if the ambience and property is good if you don't maintain the service, it will ruin the customer experience.

I had stayed here a long time ago where hotel name was diffrent, not remembered. Overall pleasant stay during this business trip, spacious room, an awesome food. Served with quick service & had delicious taste. Breakfast was ok. in my last stay, there was a lot of varities of Gujarati dishes in the breakfast, this time am little bit disappointed for this. Recommended for stay.
