Pros: Huge parking space Near MG road market place. Plenty restaurants near by. AC and hot water supply is good. Take 5 restaurant within premises is amazing. Cons: Creaking bed, no sound proofing. Door Lock looked old and shaky. Bathroom was not clean. Shower heads are ancient and cheep. Bucket and mug was not clean. Seen better in public toilets. Only small soaps will be given. No drinking water bottle. Place looks haunted with all water seepage patches on wall, dusty and cobwebs all over the place. Not maintained. Looks like they are under huge loss. I recommend it only if you don't have any other choice.

This hotel is in the heart of the city and has good parking space inside the hotel. Currently the management has been changed and new owner is going for a renovation of the hotel. So we experienced that many services are not available such as TV in the room , restaurant , room service etc. They do have a famous chinese restaurant inside its premises but its bit costly. Wait for renovation to get over and this hotel can be a great choice for your stay in Chikmagalur.

very poor, it's worst than a dharamshala. infact when you will stay there.... lift not working, toilets broken, seepage on walls and ceilings and stinking sticky rooms and toilets. Spiders, piegons and mosquitoes all around. they even charge for water bottle. no room service, no coffee no tea provision.... don't spoil your precious holidays by getting confined to four walls and repent later.....

It might be a good hotel in past, but currently it is in very bad shape. Very rarely a receptionist was available. No drinking water provided or selling it. I reached there at night and i couldn't get drinking water anywhere. Room is spacious but it was weirdly smelling. Overall it was below average stay.

Poorly maintained rooms and unhygienic bathrooms. We had booked 2 rooms out of which one was smelling really bad when we asked the staff to check they just sprayed room freshner. Other room bathroom door was broken. Lift was broken.

Pros: Biggest pro was location of hotel it's not on the crowdest street but still very near to main market.Hot water was available.Hotel staff was good.Cons: Hotels needs to be renovated.The lights in gallery was not working

it was most horrible stay.no tv ,no telephone,no room service, no lift, no water, no hot water, no shower, horrible bed spread and pillows , dirty passages and room , etc. totally unfit to stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.
