We first arrived at the hotel to check out their rooms before booking. They showed us decent rooms that had what we were looking for. Then, we proceeded to book standard rooms... After having done the booking at a better price than their hotel price, they showed us the worst possible standard rooms at the basement level, where the halls were full of smoke and the lift didn't reach that floor. It seems like they did that so that we have no choice but to upgrade to deluxe. ... This looks very deceitful on their part and the whole 1 hour process discussing the changes was a real pain after having driven all day. Second, the deluxe room that we received after paying the extra amount were not cleaned properly. The bed sheets had food crumbs after we lifted the blanket. They did replace them for us upon request. But, it took away any trust we had in the cleanliness of the room. On the bright side, they did listen to any of our specific requests without any issues and the staff were courteous.

The hotel location was good. The rooms were clean. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast options were limited. Shockingly after paying an advance heavy room rental , there is no AC. We upgraded the room with 50% extra charges which was equivalent to a 5 star hotel. Do cross check room facilities while booking the rooms.

Rooms are clean and well maintained and staff was helpful. Services are good. Talk about location, well it is located at center place 5min walking distance from main square market and 10min distance to bhagsunath temple by car NA

budget hotel.. location is good.. snow peaks can b visible from few rooms.. restaurant is below below average and too expensive, pls look for options nearby (250 rs per person for breakfast with absolutely no options in menu)

Great hotel with awesome view but opt for a room facing the mountains/Valley. Clean rooms, good interiors, courteous staff, with parking facility ( which is rear at Mcleodganj) and value for money

The electric kettle was not clean. Contaminated Drinking water was provided by the hotel, the Room service was very pathetic, the food Quality is very bad, accommodation was not worth the money.

Was ok. Blocked rooms with no ventilatin if you take rooms on basement. They usually give onlh basement rooms. View facing is **** expwnaive and they block it usually
