The location is very nice, on the banks of Bharatapuzha. We were three families who stayed during May 3rd week 2015. While monsoon in Kerala starts in June, it was already raining and this added to the greenery. We stayed in the building that has he ayurvedic treatment centre. They also have accomodation in the main building. But the one we stayed was closer to the river and the balcony offered very good view. We had our privacy with easy chairs and entire building to ourselves. The food is good provided you are having the local delicacy (prawns and chicken ullathiyathu was too good). The chineese dishes were not that great. Good play area for kids. Overall good place to stay for some relaxed time for yourself.

Since the published photographs of the resort looked great, we booked our stay with a lot of expectations . Unfortunately our very first experience with the receptionist was totally disappointing. She was absolutely rude and wouldn't confirm our booking , behaving as if she was doing a favour . One of the staff in the restaurant was also discourteous. The unprofessional attitude of the staff made our stay unpleasant. Request the management to impart customer service skills training to their staff.

Great location. affordable prices. staff are courteous and do their best to meet our needs. The pool and landscaping provides time for walking about and relaxing. the Ayurveda center is worth a visit too. The restaurant serves great food at affordable prices. The river view ambience is great for unwinding. go here if you are interested authentic kerala experience.

The hotel is clean and neat. Good for family vacation. Air-conditioning needs a bit make over as the cooling of AC unit is not up to the mark. Variety food is available however they need to take efforts to improve the taste. Overall it is a good hotel for a short stay. We will definitely go back to hotel.
