I have selected this hotel for its location and view after reviewing on Google. But the hygiene in this hotel is poor due to bad maintenance. Even after paying 6000 per room the staff hasn't changed pillow covers, towels and bed sheets. Hotel staff are supportive but money extortion is at it peaks from the staff. Management should focus on training the staff on hygiene, cleaning and hotel management.

I went to our friend to The Royal Resort and Restaurant. The rooms are very clean where the pigeons are raising this resort. Here breakfast and meals are very tasty. The viewpoint in the resort is amazing. Employees here are very good with us. I will try to come with the family in the winter. The resort manager looked after their relatives.

great location and cottages manager was friendly room cleanliness needs to be improved (bedding) power issues over night, dg did not run in the night, had to manually ask service person definitely can try this resort
