*Bad experience at Great city Kaza* For the price we paid for 2 days. We got 1 dirty towel, 3 small medimix soaps (after follow ups), no lunch or dinner ( as per caretaker, it wasn’t possible as the rooms were full and they denied for the food), they provided breakfast and tea on demand which was the only good thing we experienced. There was a common washroom ( must say that it was in pathetic condition), there was queue for its usage. No handtowels in it. No hygene, no cleaning. They mentioned lots of amenities which wasnt true. During to lack if clarity and no mention of contact number anywhere, I have decided not to stay there further. For the price it was bad, dirty, unhygienic stay. For the same reasons, others were also checked out one day before.
