The Stoneberry Resort-Rare Grandeur, Madhupur

Stoneberry resort is only 3 months old as on Oct 2022. It is an excellent property in Madhupur, Jharkhand. A good luxury hotel was missing in Madhupur and Stoneberry resort just fills in that space. The resort is located one km away from Madhupur station and around 50 m inside from the main road. This makes the surrounding very quiet. They have a huge tiled courtyard to hold quite a few cars. Special mention of the in house restaurant which churns out very very tasty food. The resort has a small swimming pool. Rooms are big with all modern amenities like tea coffee maker, smart TV with sat channels, air condition, running hot and cold water. The resort also has a large banquet hall. I spent two nights with family and had a comfortable stay. Only drawback was the exhaust in the toilet was not working or effective. Complained multiple times and they tried to fix it but was of no help. Otherwise I surely would have given a five star. Nevertheless I do recommend the hotel for a luxury stay in Madhupur. Secured, comfortable, good service, very good in house restaurant

The experience was mixed. pros. room's are spacious, neat and clean, property is very beautiful. food taste avg. cons. 1. the room given to us first was good but the central AC remote was not working, so AC was running in full speed and the room was super chill. 2. They change the room and this room's ac was working properly. but Geyser was not working. I thought anyway it's monsoon season so it doesn't matter. but in the middle of the night I woke up suffocating and the generator backup was not provided in this room. I called reception and after 30 mins it was provided. same happened for next 2 days. 3. the food bill has to be checked very thoroughly. for example I ate veg sizzler they charged for non veg. 1 day for boiled eggs the charge is 79 next day for same it's 169.

room is good bed is comfortable, bathroom is small wash basin was too small, there is no tab in bathroom only shower and hand shower available, central ac provide by the resort but you can adjust with remote, there is no view from room, food quality is awesome, price is also ok, ambiance is good, room service and staff behaviour is very polite location is easy to reach, overall nice resort for enjoy your weekend

Stint was found in wash rooms. 4.General services ...improvement is needed, TV was not working, no recharge, hot water switch was OFF centrally on the first day, wifi was not functional. 5. Staff..,good.
