Facilities were ok, staff effeciency is average, Hotel satff could not open my room door for 15-20 min after I arrived, some technical issue. Got it on expensive side might be because of high demand time, but if you plan early it might be a good deal Mr Marager was very courteous and helpful. Overall above average

I have booked this hotel three times In this month (March 2021). Never had any issue. Polite and cooperative staff. Only once I requested to change my room due to excessive noise. They acted quickly and straight away changed it. The Toy Hotel has become another home for me. Privacy and respect.

Well its my second stay in suite of this hotel. Its amazing as always.The staff and all the employees are truly do justice to their profession being calm soft and happy to help. All the street food corners are just nearby walking distance. Overall its a fabulous experience Thank you 😃
