I stayed here for 2 nights with my parents, wife and children. I can definitely say that it is a Beautifully designed and maintained hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and took care of us so well. The room service is top notch. The restaurant is great and we didn't find the need to step out to eat anywhere else. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. Amazing hospitality and great hygiene. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rishikesh!

One of the best and easily accessible Hotel in the town. I will give 5-stars to the cleanliness, staff behaviour and other services. But their restaurant's food is a clear differentiator. It is the best quality food (though at premium rates) and I wasn't expecting food that good in a small town. Certainly, The Vilana has the best Chefs and cooks under their hood. The rooms, beddings and washrooms were very clean having a 5-star experience. Safe for kids.

it was a pleasant stay indeed. staff is very cooperative and humble here. their hospitality is excellent. they don't say 'no' to anything. it is just a few km away from janki setu. the ganga aarti at triveni ghat adds the divinity. mountain view rooms are recommended as one can also see a gurughar, which is located adjacent to the hotel. mountain view rooms are comparatively smaller than no view rooms.

The property is awesome. Rooms are clean, hygienic and with a hill view. It's at 20 minutes walking distance from Triveni Ghat. The services are prompt. They have their own parking space. Hotel Ambiance is fantastic. Recommending for couples, families or solo travelers. Value for money. The room is very cozy with aesthetic decor. The services are prompt. Having parking space for our car.

The Vilana is a beautiful and well maintained hotel located in the heart of Rishikesh. The location allows accessibility of Triveni ghat within 5-10 minutes of walk and other key tourist places are easily approachable via regular plying shared tempos. The staff is extremely courteous and is helpful and as the hotel is new, it is very clean and rooms are clean with new fittings.
