The Vincent Inn

Overall good. We booked 2 rooms on double occupancy and 1 baby. But, we reached late at night around 00:00 and traveling with a baby. Got almost 3 calls before 11:30 for check-out even when we said that we shall check-out a bit late by 11:30. They should understand that people are tired, traveling with a child and requesting for a little late check-out then 10-15 mins more or less should be considered and not to keep calling the guest to check-out even when the check-out time is specifically shared and its not even that time. There were only 2 small water bottles and 1 towel in both rooms. Rooms were on different floors. Bed sheet had some orange stains in one room. Though, the marks looked old and being washed but, at first look, you feel doubt if it was changed or not because that's not what you expect. Rest everything was good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, food was good, service was good. They shared menu on whatsapp and kept food for us as we ordered and when we checked-in, they re-heated it for us and sent it to our room. Breakfast was good, gentleman serving there was very kind and helpful. We ordered 5 tawa roti but by mistake they sent 3 tandoori roti so even when main kitchen was closed, they called and asked if we want other tawa rotis. When we said it won't be needed then they adjusted it in our bill. Though it was just for few hours, not even half day, we were happy.

Had good experience at the hotel. Staff is really helpful and cooperative. Both the ladies at front desk are polite and made checkin and checkout experience really good. Room has all the necessary amenities. An iron and ironing board was also provided by them on request. Rooms are spacious and Big window makes the room much pleasant and comfortable. Now lets talk about the location. It is situated near to New Market. Xerox shop, other necessary stores, restaurants are just walk away. All the offices and places of attractions are not far from this place. Probably one of the best location to stay in Bhopal. Transportation is also available 24*7. This being a new property, they are still struggling with lot of problems, we had drainage problem in our room , which was not resolved. hotel was neat and clean, rooms and wash room was also neat and clean except for drainage problem. hotel had very few items in breakfast, their restaurant is still not completed, but room service is available with limited options, location is good and easily accessible, it is located in New market area. receptionist is not polite.

There was Lot of smell in executive room, we asked to upgrade to suite room, they charged quite high for it. If I would have booked the suite it would be much cheaper but there was no upgrade nor cancellation option since vincent already did the entry in their system.
