Pros- excellent location, right next to Guhagar beach which is one of the cleanest and beautiful beaches on the Konkan belt. It's less crowded and has blue water and white sand.- They have a jumping castle/slide for kids which is free of cost.- Resort is spick and span in most cases but there are hits and misses when it comes to luxury and poshness. It can be far better for sure.- Staff is good and polite but they have limited authority to make any decisions that would make you happy in certain cases.Cons- No sea view from most of the rooms. Not even from restaurants or swimming pools. Only 104 (2BHK) and 204 (1BHK) got the view, anything else is a waste of money and a BIG disappointment. We booked a 2BHK luxury villa (203) but it didn’t have the sea view we expected. 104 was vacant but the owner did not give that to us.- Food is not worth the price (₹385 for any main course item). Chinese and north Indian dishes are worst, only dal khichadi was good. Breakfast was ok but nothing impressive. There are better restaurants (e.g Annapurna near Bank Of India) nearby.- No buffet for breakfast if guests are fewer (you will need to order the items you want and they will make it for you)- Hard/Borin water in Jacuzzi and bathtub- Jacuzzi doesn’t have hot water. It can warm upto 40 degrees but it never reached that temperature. It was also not very clean.- No floats for kids in the swimming pool- No bar by the pool- mosquitoes at night- no wifi, they have few Airtel and Jio dongles but the one they gave me (Airtel) didn’t work at all.

We had a wonderful experience The woods Resort! The location is absolutely stunning, with a serene sea view that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service exceeded our expectations. All Staff of this resort is very kind and cooperative. Everything was just perfect! The food was a highlight—authentic and incredibly delicious cuisine. If you’re looking to create unforgettable memories, The woods Resort is a must-visit!

The stay and food was amazing... spacious rooms and 7-8 mins walking to the beach.. thats not the main Guhagar beach but its like any other beach where u can sit and chill. Staff is polite too. in terms of additional services they could improve like provide coconut water as a welcome drink or upgrade rooms if they are available for additional good customer experience which doesn't cost them anything.

We had booked two rooms, one of which had small lizards, cockroaches and a bunch of other insects we could not recognise. While the location of the hotel is a big plus and the staff is quite helpful, the food is a letdown. If they get rid of the pests and completely revamp their food, they have a winner on their hands purely based on the unparalleled location.

"Decent Service, But Overpriced" The hotel offers good service, with friendly staff and decent amenities. However, the cost of the room is too high for what you get. The quality and features don't fully justify the price, making it feel a bit overpriced. If budget isn’t a concern, it’s a comfortable stay, but there are better value options available.

review: awesome food and service.. nice rooms.. konkani food was great but also the other food like biryani, paratha was very good. lawn is very nice and the swings there have a great season view. the beach is adjacent but has lot of floating debris. it is better to go to guhagar beach which is just 3.5 to 4 km from the hitel

it was lovely stay at the woods, i booked it hassle-free through goibibo. my stay was very good, wonderful location, quite and calm place to stay, family friendly. good staff and hospitality. cottages were very clean and neat, big swiming pool. food quality needs to be improved, ret everything was outstanding. thanks..

Excellent hotel with excellent location located near beach clean & comfortable.. We stayed in at ocean Pearl 102 Gorgeous room arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly.

It was a nice experience at Woods,very much peace,clean Property. but 2 things disappointed me 1.Door lock not working and observed when we return after sight seeing door was open. we inform the manager,no response 2.Hot water was not available

The location is very good. The swimming pool is nice n clean. Staff is cooperative and polite. They are willing to help you with smiling face always. The common toilet near the pool can be better managed.

Expensive, Small rooms like a box, When we book they have allot a room, which do not have natural views. The room allotted to us is in one corner with no sea views.
