shower of washroom wasn't working and no one came to repair , luckily we had, 2 rooms, we used other room washroom to bath. food over there is expensive with very less portion, given feedback there too. hotel. didn't offer, 15% discount on food, only on asking they did untrained staff, don't know the s of service to the customer. breakfast menu is also very limited, and they charged extra on asking 1 item in the breakfast, juice was displayed there but they said juice isnt meant for buffet. no value for money we have paid.

Hotel very far away from the main city. Its more than 6 kms away. Cannot even find an auto while returning back. Nothing at all in the breakfast. They provide only poha, plain prantha with aloo ki sabzi and a sandwich. Didn't evn had stuffed prantha. Cockroaches were roaming on the butter which was there for buffet. Overall bad experience

best hotel in Vrindavan. definitely gave feel of 5 star. we booked luxury triple room, it had an extra bed for third person. The room was spacious ,the bathroom was big and clean. the quality of all equipments were amazing.and as it's a newly built property, it felt good will always look forward to staying here

it was an awesome stay...i could never imagine the stay would be so great..... interior of the room was damn fresh and great....Hospitality was top notch..... i didnt try the food though.... housekeeping service was available 24×7.... i will definitely stay again

Breakfast 10/10 Please don't order specials dishes from restaurant chef are not that professional you can go for normals dishes they may serve better taste dont waste your money on ( vegetable dum biryani )

Hotel is new and therefore its inside quality also good, but is overpriced. there was just one king size bed, one small bed on side and one mattress. washroom quality good.
